The universe is teaching you a lesson

You're doing everything you should. You are studying the law of attraction under a microscope but you keep experiencing the same frustrating situations.

Maybe you are looking for love and keep falling for the bad guy. Maybe you are seeking financial abundance but your bank account looks like a frightening roller coaster at Six Flags with constant ups and downs. Whatever it is, if you continue to experience the same situation over and over, it is the Universe letting you know that you haven't learned your lesson yet.

This is when you have to take a step back and ask yourself what you are doing to stop your progress. What signs and lessons are you missing or refusing to acknowledge? This is when you have to get real.

The only way out of something is through it. Once you understand where the setback is coming from, think on it. Meditate while thinking about the circumstance. Journal about it and ask for guidance to pull yourself out of the tangled web.

Learn to reframe your thoughts and beliefs around this topic. If it is money, know that money doesn't have to be hard to earn and it definitely isn't scarce. If it is love, know that once you deem yourself worthy of only the best, the best man for you will come but you have to value yourself first and know what qualities you bring to the table.

So often we seek outside validation but it is our job to love ourselves and proclaim our worthiness. People will judge, let them. The only time we judge others is when we want what they have but we feel incapable of achieving the same result so we demonize and criticize so as we try to convince ourselves we don't want it.

Remember, your current reality is a result of either the goals you set for yourself or the limitations you placed on yourself.
